Buy a credit pack
One-time credit packs work on every plan, including Free. Prices, what they cover at 4K, and where to buy.
A credit pack is a one-time purchase. No subscription, nothing recurring, and the credits never expire. Any account can buy one, including the Free plan and a trial account you have not saved yet.

An edit costs 1 credit at 1K, 2 at 2K and 4 at 4K, so the last column is the pack divided by 4, rounded down. See how credits work for the full cost table.
Where to buy
- In the editor: when an edit or an export costs more than you have, the editor offers a way to get more credits. On a download, the row you cannot afford says Top up. On a trial account you have not saved yet, the first offer is to save your account for 5 free credits. You can also open the packs from Buy credits in the ? help button. Buying from the editor keeps your photo open.
- In settings: go to Settings, then Billing.
Checkout runs on Stripe. A receipt is emailed as soon as the payment goes through, and the payment is listed under Settings, then Billing, then Receipts. See receipts and invoices.
How pack credits are spent
Pack credits are bonus credits. They never expire, and they are spent after any subscription credits, which reset each month anyway.
Subscribers: top up instead
If you are on a paid plan, the billing page offers a per-credit top-up rather than packs, and it is cheaper than any pack: $0.75 a credit on Starter, $0.60 on Pro and $0.50 on Agency.
Buying a lot of packs?
A monthly plan is always cheaper per credit than a pack. Starter is $29 for 50 credits a month, about $0.58 a credit. If you find yourself buying packs every month, compare the plans first.
Bought on a trial account?
The credits land on the account you are using right now. Until you save it by confirming an email address, that account lives only in this browser, so clearing your cookies would lose it. Save your account from the editor to keep the credits safe; saving also adds 5 free credits.
Refunds
Unused credits from a pack can be refunded within 30 days of the payment. See refunds: short version.
