What is AI photo decluttering?
AI decluttering removes visual distractions from a real listing photo: the mail on the counter, the toys on the floor, the cords behind the TV. The Declutter mode reads the actual room first, identifies what is clutter versus what is a feature, then removes the noise and fills the surfaces behind it naturally. The room you shot is the room you get back, just tidy.
What does it remove, and what does it keep?
It removes the small, personal, scattered stuff: countertop clutter, papers and mail, toiletries, toys, cables, dishes. It keeps the furniture, fixtures, finishes and layout exactly as they are. Decluttering cleans the room, it does not empty it, so the photo still represents the property a buyer will walk into.
How is decluttering different from virtual staging?
They are opposites. Decluttering removes items from a furnished, lived-in room so its real features can breathe. Virtual staging adds furniture to an empty room so buyers can read the space. If a listing is occupied and messy, declutter it; if it is vacant, stage it. Twilight has a mode for each.

Do I have to disclose decluttered photos on a listing?
Often, yes. Removing items changes what the photo shows, and many MLSs require disclosure of digitally altered images.
