How is virtual twilight done in Photoshop?
By hand, as a composite. An editor masks out the daytime sky, drops in a dusk sky, darkens and recolours the facade, paints a warm glow into each window and blends the result so the light reads as one scene. It works, but it takes a skilled editor and real time per photo, which is why it is usually outsourced.
How does Twilight do it differently?
