Terms of Service

These terms are an agreement between you and Studio2K, which operates Twilight (twilight.pics). By creating an account or using the service you accept these terms. If you do not agree, do not use Twilight.

1. The service

Twilight is an AI photo editor for real estate listings. It applies presets and custom edits to the photos you upload. Because edits are generated by AI models, results vary and are not guaranteed to be accurate or suitable for a given purpose. You are responsible for reviewing every edit before you use it.

2. Accounts and eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter a binding contract. You are responsible for your account, for keeping your login secure, and for all activity under it. Provide accurate information and keep it up to date. Notify us at support@twilight.pics if you suspect unauthorized use.

3. Credits, plans, and billing

Edits are paid for with credits, available through subscription plans and one-time credit packs. Subscription credits reset each billing period. Fees are billed in advance and are subject to our refund policy, which forms part of these terms. We may change prices with notice; changes do not affect the period you have already paid for.

4. Your content and license

You keep ownership of the photos you upload and the edits generated for you. You grant Twilight a limited license to store, process, and display your content solely to provide and improve the service. You confirm that you own or have the rights to the photos you upload and that editing them does not infringe anyone else's rights.

You are responsible for how you use edited images. Many listing services and local rules require you to disclose when a photo has been digitally altered, for example virtual staging or a day-to-dusk conversion. Complying with those rules is your responsibility, not ours.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Upload content that is illegal, infringing, or that you have no right to use.
• Use edits to deceive or misrepresent a property in a way that breaks the law or listing rules.
• Abuse the free trial, share or resell credits, or circumvent usage limits.
• Reverse engineer, scrape, or disrupt the service or its underlying models.
• Use the service to build a competing product.

6. Intellectual property

Twilight, including its software, presets, prompts, and branding, belongs to us and our licensors. These terms do not grant you any right to our intellectual property beyond using the service as intended.

7. AI output disclaimer

Twilight uses generative AI. Outputs may contain artifacts, may change details of the original scene, and may not reflect the real condition of a property. Do not rely on an edit as an accurate record of a property. Review each result and disclose alterations where required.

8. Service availability

We work to keep Twilight available but we do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may change, suspend, or discontinue features, and we may perform maintenance that affects availability.

9. Disclaimers

The service is provided as is and as available, without warranties of any kind, express or implied, to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not warrant that the service will meet your requirements or that results will be error free.

10. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Twilight and Studio2K are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of the service. Our total liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months before the claim.

11. Termination

You can stop using Twilight and close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these terms or use the service in a way that harms Twilight or other users. On termination your right to use the service ends; sections that by their nature should survive will continue to apply.

12. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. Material changes will be announced in the changelog and reflected here with a new effective date. Continued use after a change constitutes acceptance.

13. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of South Africa, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Disputes will be handled in the courts of South Africa, unless mandatory local law gives you the right to bring a claim elsewhere.
