Who makes it
Twilight is made by Studio2K, a small software studio in Cape Town, South Africa, and is run day to day by its founder, Mikhail Kusch. If you email support you are writing to the people who build the product, not a ticket queue.
What it does
Unless you write your own instructions, an edit starts with an analysis of the photo: a prompt is built from what is actually in the frame, and then the edit is applied. That is why a mode knows the difference between a bathroom and a back garden. The looks available today:
How we think about edited photos
An edited listing photo still has to represent the property honestly. Twilight is designed to change light, sky, staging and clutter, not the structure of the building. It is still a generative edit, so check every one against the property before you publish it. Disclosure rules vary by MLS and region and following them is the agent's call, so we wrote up where we think the line sits.
