What is new
- Help center. Self-serve answers to the questions we hear most often, including how credits work, the refund policy, and how to get the best Day-to-Dusk results.
- Status page. A live view at /status so you can see whether anything is broken before you email us.
- Report-this-edit. A flag icon on every edit. One click, picks a reason, sends us the photo plus the prompt plus your account context — no more "the photo my agent uploaded looks weird" emails with no context.
- Auto-refund on failed edits. If the AI model errors or times out, your credit is returned automatically, no support ticket needed.
- Welcome and payment-failed emails. New accounts get a quickstart email pointing at Day-to-Dusk; failed payments now get a polite nudge instead of disappearing into our logs.
- Customer 360 admin view. Internal-only: lets us look up your account history and grant credits in seconds instead of minutes when you do contact us.
