Refunds: short version
When we automatically refund, when we manually review, and when we do not refund.
The short version of our full refund policy:
Automatic refunds
If an edit fails for a technical reason — the AI model errored, timed out, or never produced an image — we credit your bonus pool back the same amount that was deducted. No action needed on your part. You will see a toast in the editor that says "Edit failed. Credit refunded."
Manual review
If an edit completes but you are unhappy with the result, click the flag icon on the edit and pick a reason. Reports with notes get reviewed by a human. We often grant goodwill credits for clearly bad outputs even though we cannot do it automatically.
What we do not refund
- Credits used on edits that completed successfully and look reasonable.
- Subscription fees for the current month if you cancel mid-cycle (you keep access through the end of the period).
- Credits that have already been spent on a previous month.
Subscription cancellations
You can cancel any time from billing settings. You keep access and credits through the end of your current billing period. Bonus credits never expire and survive cancellation.
If you have a billing dispute that does not fit any of the above, email support and include your account email and the relevant edit or invoice ID.
