Refer an agent

Refer an agent. When they buy, you get the same pack free.

How it works

1. Open Settings → Referrals. Your code and your link are there. Copy copies the link, and Share opens your phone's share menu so you can send it with any app.
2. Or use Invite by email: type the other agent's name and email address, and we email them an invite from Twilight with your link.
3. Your friend follows the link, or types your code under Have a referral code? when they buy credits or start a plan.
4. They get 5 extra credits on top of their first purchase.
5. The moment their payment goes through, you get as many credits as they bought. They buy 30 credits, you get 30.

A plan counts too: its first month is matched with its monthly credits, up to 150. So a friend who starts on Starter earns you 50 credits, and one who starts on Pro or Agency earns you 150.

Where your reward shows up

• On Settings → Referrals, one row per agent you referred, listed by the day they joined, for example "26 Oct · bought 30 credits, +30 credits". We don't show their name there or in emails, so one customer's purchase is never tied to a name for another.
• In Settings → Billing, in your credit activity, as a referral reward.
• In an email that tells you it has landed.

Your friend's 5 credits show up in their credit activity the same way.

Email invites

• We send each address one invite, ever, whoever asks. No reminders.
• You can send 20 invites a month.
• If the address already has a Twilight account, nothing is sent. You'll still see "Invite sent", so nobody can use invites to check who uses Twilight.
• Every invite has an unsubscribe link, and we keep no copy of the address afterwards.

Who counts

• New customers only. A referral counts for your friend's first purchase. Someone who has bought from Twilight before can't be referred.
• Once per person. The first link or code your friend uses is the one that counts.
• Not yourself. A second account of your own, with the same email address, card or billing details, doesn't earn a reward.
• 10 rewards a month. Past 10 in a calendar month, a reward gets a quick check before it lands. The referrals page shows "Reward being checked" meanwhile.

Referral credits and refunds

Referral credits are bonus credits. They never expire and are never refunded as money. If the purchase that earned them is refunded or disputed, the referral credits come off both accounts, up to the amount given and never below zero. Credits you already used stay used. On a trial account?

Save your account first, from Settings → Referrals. It takes a minute and your photos stay where they are. Then your code and link appear.

Something not right?

If a friend bought and nothing showed up, contact support with roughly when your friend joined and bought, and we'll look into it.
