Cancel or change your plan

All subscription management happens through the Stripe billing portal, which you can open from your account.

If you bought a credit pack and never subscribed to a plan, there is nothing to cancel and no Manage Subscription button on your billing page. Your credits do not expire and nothing recurring is charged. To ask for a refund on the unused portion, skip to refunds.

Open the billing portal

1. Go to Settings → Billing.
2. Click Manage Subscription. This opens a Stripe-hosted page where you can:
   • Update your payment method.
   • Change plan.
   • Download invoices.
   • Cancel your subscription.

What happens when you cancel

• You keep access and your remaining subscription credits through the end of the current billing period.
• Bonus credits stay forever. They do not expire on cancellation.
• After the period ends, your account drops to the Free tier (5 credits/month).
• Your projects, edits, and share links remain accessible. You will not be able to generate new edits beyond the Free allowance.

Changing plan

Upgrades take effect immediately and Stripe prorates the charge. Downgrades take effect at the end of the current billing period.

Refunds on cancellation

If you cancel within 30 days of a payment, we refund the unused portion of the credits that payment bought, pro-rata on what is left. Use a quarter of them and we refund three quarters of what you paid. The refunded credits come off your balance at the same time.

After 30 days the payment is final, but cancelling still stops the next one and you keep access through the end of the period you have already paid for. Email support with your invoice ID to start a refund. See refund policy for the full version.

I cancelled but still see charges

This is almost always a charge that was already in flight when you cancelled. If it has been more than 48 hours since you cancelled and a new charge appeared, contact support with the invoice ID.
