Cancel or change your plan

Manage your subscription from billing settings.

All subscription management happens through the Stripe billing portal, which you can open from your account.

Open the billing portal

  1. Go to Settings → Billing.
  2. Click Manage Subscription. This opens a Stripe-hosted page where you can:
    • Update your payment method.
    • Change plan.
    • Download invoices.
    • Cancel your subscription.

What happens when you cancel

  • You keep access and your remaining subscription credits through the end of the current billing period.
  • Bonus credits stay forever — they do not expire on cancellation.
  • After the period ends, your account drops to the Free tier (5 credits/month).
  • Your projects, edits, and share links remain accessible. You will not be able to generate new edits beyond the Free allowance.

Changing plan

Upgrades take effect immediately and Stripe prorates the charge. Downgrades take effect at the end of the current billing period.

Refunds on cancellation

We do not pro-rate refunds for partial months on cancellation. You keep access through the end of the period you have already paid for. See refund policy for the full version.

I cancelled but still see charges

This is almost always a charge that was already in flight when you cancelled. If it has been more than 48 hours since you cancelled and a new charge appeared, contact support with the invoice ID.
